All our fresh fruits and vegetables are from farms that comply with the Global Standards of Good Agricultural Practices (Global G.A.P), and are packed at pack houses that comply with the Global Manufacturing Standards of BRC, (Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO 22000 standards. The fresh produce quality assurance starts from the field management as we select the highest quality fruits from fields that are GLOBAL.G.A. P certified and managed according to the principles of integrated crop management (ICM) and good agricultural practices (GAP). This also includes using integrated pest management (IPM) techniques to rationalize the use of pest control products.
PESTICIDE MANAGMENT
Premier Farms main task is to supply our different Customers with fresh fruits and vegetables that comply with the updated European Pesticides Legislations that always is within or under the European Maximum Residue Levels (MRL limits). We have full Pesticide Management over all our products through following an Integrated Pest Management System (IPM) as to limit, minimize and rationalize the use of chemical compounds in all our supplied fresh fruits and vegetables to be nearly free from pesticides compounds.

TRACEABILITY
As efficiency is ensured through the use of full traceability system, we are able to conduct Forward or Backward traceability for all our supplied fresh fruits and vegetables through the use of a label that is placed on the final product carton box. The lot number placed on the final packed carton box includes farm code, packing house Code and packing date and by using this lot number we can go back to related field plots and sub-plots to have our traceability details. For Pesticides traceability in our fresh produce, we can trace the applications of pesticides easily through a group of documented procedures that are included in our Integrated Pesticide Management system.
